GrowthPilot AI is a small team and a free beta, so the person reading this form is the person who can fix your problem. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will give you a straight answer — including when the answer is that we do not support it yet.
Good reasons to write
- Something is broken, or a job failed and you cannot tell why.
- The output was wrong, unusable, or made a claim about your product that is not true.
- You need a capability the beta does not have — auto-publishing, a bulk export, more projects, team seats.
- You want your account and its data deleted, or a copy of what we hold.
- You are a press, partnership, or investment contact.
We read everything and reply to most messages within two business days. There is no support SLA during the beta, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
We store your name, email and message so we can reply. To keep the form from being abused we also keep a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address and a submission counter — never the address itself. Read the privacy policy.
