Inside the product
One brief in. A whole marketing operation out.
GrowthPilot AI is six engines working from a single source of truth — your product. Here is precisely what each one does, why it changes the output, and what lands in your account when it finishes.
Product Intelligence
You write a few paragraphs about what you sell, and optionally paste your website URL. GrowthPilot reads both and extracts a structured product profile: features, target personas, price point, unique selling points, use cases, category and geography. That profile is then written into every later prompt in full — the whole thing, every time, not a search result from it.
Why it matters
Generic AI writes generic copy because it has nothing to go on but your prompt. Grounding fixes that at the source, and sending the entire profile is a stronger fix than retrieving pieces of it: a product profile is small enough to fit in a prompt whole, so there is no search step that can rank the wrong fact first and no detail that gets left behind because it did not look relevant. The ad copy names features you really ship, the strategy targets buyers you really have, and the blog article stops inventing statistics to fill space.
What you get
- A structured product profile you can read, correct and keep
- Your complete profile in front of the model on every generation — your facts, all of them, not invented ones
- An optional website scrape that fills in what your description left out
- Edits apply to the very next generation, so a correction propagates everywhere at once
Competitor Intelligence
Name the competitors you already worry about, or let GrowthPilot suggest five from your category and geography. It scrapes their public pages — homepage, pricing, product — and returns a SWOT matrix, a positioning summary and the messaging angles each one leans on. Across the whole set it writes a single brief on the gaps you can move into.
Why it matters
Competitor research is the work founders skip, because doing it properly costs a week and it is stale a month later. Reading five rivals side by side is what turns "we're better" into a specific claim you can defend. Re-scan whenever you like and the result is diffed against the previous one, so you see what moved rather than re-reading everything.
What you get
- A SWOT matrix per competitor, plus a positioning and messaging summary
- A cross-competitor analysis of the gaps nobody is currently occupying
- Manual re-scan with a what-changed diff against the last run
- Competitors you add by name or URL sit alongside the suggested ones
We store summaries and insights only. Competitor copy is never reproduced verbatim, and never fed to you as your own.
Website SEO Audit
Point it at your site. Google PageSpeed Insights supplies the technical half — performance score, Largest Contentful Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift, Interaction to Next Paint, mobile friendliness. Our own crawler supplies the on-page half — title and meta description lengths, heading structure, image alt coverage, canonical tags, robots.txt, sitemap, internal link count, word count. Both roll into one health score from 0 to 100, broken out by category.
Why it matters
A score on its own changes nothing; a score plus an ordered list of fixes changes a Tuesday. The audit ranks every finding by expected impact, and for the items an AI can legitimately draft — title tags, meta descriptions, alt text — it writes the replacement for you to review and paste in. Re-audit later and the history shows the delta rather than a fresh, unattached number.
What you get
- A composite 0–100 health score, split by category so you can see the weak half
- Core Web Vitals straight from the API Google grades you against
- A prioritised fix list, highest expected impact first
- AI-drafted titles, meta descriptions and alt text, ready to copy in
- Score history, so the next audit reads as a before-and-after
Campaign Strategy Advisor
The advisor reads your product profile, the competitor gaps and the SEO audit together, then proposes two or three campaign strategies. Each is a complete brief: objective, platforms, audience segment, key messages, headline and body variants, visual mood, call to action, hashtags and keywords.
Why it matters
Producing ideas is easy; choosing between them is the part that stalls. So every option arrives with its pros, its cons, a confidence score from 0 to 100, a Low, Medium or High risk level with the reasoning written out, and an estimated time to results. When an option is high risk, a safer alternative comes attached to it. You are picking between arguments, not vibes.
What you get
- Two to three structured strategies, not a wall of suggestions
- Pros, cons, confidence score and risk level with the reasoning shown
- An estimated time-to-results for each option
- A safer alternative attached to every high-risk recommendation
- One click from the chosen strategy into a pre-filled Content Factory
Content Factory
Pick a strategy and it pre-fills the factory. You get three to five headline and body variants per platform, written inside the real character limits — Google 30 and 90, Meta 125, LinkedIn 150 and 200, X 280. SEO blog articles of 800 to 2,000 words with headings, meta title and description, and internal-link suggestions. Email sequences — welcome, nurture, promo — with A/B subject lines. Social posts tuned per platform. And poster images at 1:1, 9:16 and 16:9 with your logo, colours and CTA composited on top.
Why it matters
Volume is not the point; usable volume is. Copy that overruns Google's 30-character headline gets truncated in the auction, and an image without your logo is somebody else's asset. Enforcing the limit and the brand kit at generation time is the difference between a draft folder and a campaign you can ship this week.
What you get
- Ad copy per platform that already fits the platform's limit
- SEO articles of 800–2,000 words with meta tags and internal-link suggestions
- Welcome, nurture and promo email sequences with A/B subject lines
- Brand-overlaid images in three aspect ratios, downloadable as PNG
- A content library with inline editing, copy, download and regenerate-variant
Everything is export-ready: edit it, copy it, download it, paste it into whatever you already schedule with. Publishing directly to your social accounts is on the roadmap and is not in the product today.
Unified Dashboard
One screen carries the state of the account: SEO score and its trend, how many competitors you track and what moved on their sites, how much content you have produced, and where your current strategy stands. Underneath sits an on-demand briefing — five prioritised actions ranked by impact against effort, each one linking straight to the screen that carries it out.
Why it matters
Most marketing tools end at the report and leave the interpretation to you. Ranking by impact against effort is what turns four dashboards' worth of numbers into a short list you can finish. And because every recommendation deep-links into the engine that acts on it, the gap between reading "your meta descriptions are thin" and having new ones is a single click.
What you get
- SEO score with its trend line, not a single decontextualised number
- Competitor movement since the last scan, summarised
- A running count of content produced, by type
- An AI briefing on request: five actions, ranked by impact against effort
- Deep links from each recommendation into the engine that resolves it
The honest list of what GrowthPilot does not do.
Everything above is built and usable in the beta. These four are not — so they are named here rather than slipped into a feature grid with an asterisk.
Publishing to your social accounts
Content is export-ready today: edit, copy, download, schedule it wherever you already do. Direct publishing needs paid platform APIs and is not built.
Keyword rank tracking
The SEO audit scores your pages and lists the fixes. Tracking where you rank for a keyword over time needs a paid SEO data provider, so it is not in the beta.
Scheduled competitor re-scans
Re-scanning is a button you press, and the result is diffed against the last run. Putting that on a timer comes later.
Video and voiceover generation
Images yes, video no. There is no free video model we would put our name on yet, so we would rather not ship one.
Describe your product once. See what all six do with it.
The beta is free, there is no card, and the first audit and competitor scan start as soon as your profile is built.
